Warranty Policy
VESSEL TOOLS U.S.A. offers a limited warranty against defects on the products.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Period

This warranty does not cover the screwdriver bits or any other power tool accessories, which are an expendable part that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period. Micro Screwdrivers, Precision Screwdrivers, and Ceramic Adjusters are not covered.
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from VESSEL TOOLS USA or our authorized sellers. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including purchases made on eBay, Walmart, or Amazon Japan (Amazon.co.jp) are not eligible, even if the product appears genuine.
For marketplace purchases, warranty eligibility may depend on the platform and our distribution relationship, not on the individual seller.

e-ASSIST Ratchet (Model # 400ER21MU & 400ER2U)
All warranty repairs and out-of-warranty paid repairs for the above e-ASSIST Ratchet models are handled by our Authorized Repair Center. All repairs must be sent to:

e-ASSIST Screwdriver & Manual Screwdrivers
Defective (VESSEL Brand) tools within warranty will be sent with the receipt to VESSEL TOOLS USA, inspected and replaced. Tools are not to be destroyed in the field without prior approval from VESSEL TOOLS USA.
